This is a summary of events planned during the week 21 to 28 March 2014. It will be updated as more information becomes available.

Saturday, 21 March

• Open Day at Leicester University with a variety of talks and workshops.  Leicester University are planning further events during reinterment week

Sunday, 22 March

• Courtege of Richard III to travel from Bosworth to Leicester
• Leicester Cathedral, Service of Compline, 6pm

Monday, 23 March

• Holy Cross Priory Church, Requiem Mass, 5pm
• Richard III Society buffet at Holiday Inn
• Leicester Cathedral, service for members of the Richard III Society, 7pm

Wednesday, 25 March

• Visit to Visitor Centre by members of the Richard III Society, afterwards refreshments

Thursday, 26 March

• Leicester Cathedral, Service of Reinterment, 10.30 am.  The service will be televised in the UK.  There will also be a two-hour programme in the evening with highlights of the event.
• St James the Greater, Performance of Geoffrey Davidson’s Middleham Requiem, narrated by Sir Timothy Ackroyd

Friday, 27 March:

• Leicester Cathedral, Service of Reveal, 12 noon

Saturday, 28 March

• Leicester Cathedral, the area around Richard’s tomb will be open to the public
• Bosworth, Concert by the York Waits

Please note that the majority of these events are by invitation only. Ballot papers for some of the events have been sent to full members of the Richard III Society. A ballot via internet of some of the events by Leicester Cathedral is open 12 to 31 December 2014. More information on the Cathedral ballot here.
